Green Lake relies on people to make our dreams a reality. Since our first season in 1944, this is a place where people have come to experience a closer walk with God and to be inspired by great Christian leaders including Martin Luther King Jr., Leighton Ford and Philip Yancey. One of the many ways you can participate in God's ministry at Green Lake Conference Center is by volunteering or bringing a work group.

Join our volunteer staff
Skills, interests and experience in specific areas of need is helpful, as well as good physical health and stamina to carry out tasks. Most volunteers serve at least four weeks; many serve three or more months. Modest housing is provided as well as an outstanding work environment and community with over 75 other engaging volunteers who love to plan fun outings and activities!
